Check out this Chinese military training for University graduating students (photos)

In China, students graduating from the Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College were on Tuesday asked to march in step with a water bottle on their head in order to train their sense of balance.During the training, students must keep the bottle upright if they want to pass the final review.

The students also needed to perform squats, standing up, and turns with the bottle staying on their heads.

Military training is usually a requirement for Chinese freshmen attending university, and aims to  cultivate in students the spirit of teamwork both physically and mentally while in a new environment.
